Moving Internet Exchange To A New Machine

Have You Moved, or Changed Administrators?

In order to provide better support for our customers, as well as to let our customers know of new Internet Exchange related developments (new releases, special promotions, etc), it is necessary for us to communicate with the current Internet Exchange administrator for your site. If any of the registration related information (contact people, phone, fax, email address, etc.) have changed, please visit our Registration Update page so we can update our records.

Need to Move Internet Exchange To A New Machine or change FQDN?

If you need to move your Internet Exchange installation to new hardware, and the new hardware has a different Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) than your existing installation, you will need to obtain a new license key. Please check out our FQDN Change Request page for instructions on how to apply for your new key.
