  3. When CCIN runs, it does process one message at a time BUT it only processes messages that are not PRIORITY ZERO.   What must I do?

  1. Shutdown CCIN
  2. Shutdown MQRouter
  3. Delete MESG.BTR in the QUEUE\CCIN Directory
  4. Delete all *.CCMAIL files in 01-10 MQ Directory
  5. Restart MQRouter
  6. Restart CCIN

After MQRouter is restarted, check the IEMTA.INI file and see if the problem QID messages are picked up by MQRouter.  If not, this means that there is a problem with MQRouter in fetching messages from the Message Queue.
