Notes:

(1) If a mail address is not specified, immediate download will be assumed regardless of the option selected. Please note that some browsers have been reported to download the file in text mode (instead of binary), thus corrupting it. If you notice this problem, please select the e-mail delivery option.

(2) The FQDN is the concatenation of host and domain name assigned to the PC where the gateway runs (e.g.: ccmailgw.somewhere.com)

(3) Only for interim keys. The date must be in the format mm/dd/yy (e.g., 7/22/96) or mm/dd/yyyy (e.g., 7/22/1996). The validation will fail if the current date is successive to the expiry date.
